All ordered are sent via the United States Postal Service using tracked Priority Mail.
Orders totaling $100 or more will require a signature at the time of delivery.
Late or Missing Shipments
Please allow up to 14 days for a order to be delivered after shipping. If after 14 days, tracking still shows as ‘undelivered’, we will replace your order.
At this time, we do not sell our items outside of the United States.
In-Stock Items – In stock items generally ship with in 2 business days of placing your order.
Backordered Items – Backordered items generally ship within 2-4 weeks. If your backordered item will take longer than 4 weeks to ship, we will contact you.
Custom Orders – Due to the time intensive work for a custom order, these may take 3-4 months before shipping. Time frames will be discussed when quoting the project.
All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
Our policy lasts 14 days from date you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since you have receive your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns must be authorized. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please e-mail email@example.com. We will refuse and reject all returned packages if there is no Return Authorization Number marked outside of the box.
Any shortage, discrepancy or damage in a shipment must be reported within 3 business days. Please do not discard any boxes or wrapping supplies until the issue is resolved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Only standard items may be refunded, unfortunately custom items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 14 days of the delivery date depending on their condition when returned.
It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and insure the contents of all returned packages using a traceable United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping method. Shipments from other carriers will not and can not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
